As was said above, we don't know everything. There are also other things we're just not good at or prefer not to do.
We don't build web sites. There are plenty of people out there who do and are very good at. They are also much cheaper than we could ever be. We did this website ourselves. It's OK and gets the job done, but you deserve better.
We don't do PC support. We're totally capable of doing this and we do our own, but you can get it done cheaper elsewhere. Our suggestion? Get a good working relationship with a local PC store and buy your computers from them. It's a little more expensive than Best Buy or Amazon, but you'll get much better customer service.
We can't do network design and installation. Networking technology changes too rapidly for us to keep up with it and our core business. We know what we need to know to get our products up and running and keep them running and we know it well, but we can't setup a network from the ground up. That being said, we do have relationships with a couple of very good resources who specialize in this area. These are people we have used on previous projects and would recommend without hesitation. Please contact us if you would like a referral.
